“Why would you put them on the floor of an aircraft that could fall 10,000 feet in minutes while your child is lying on the floor under the metal?” she questioned.

Taylor mentioned that after the Covid-19 pandemic, it became harder to assist passengers with children.
“These days, with the number of crew members who left after the pandemic, the chance of actually doing this with someone when you’re working is probably zero because you’re so busy,” she lamented.
“You do what you can to help parents, and we’re not being rude if we say we can’t do something; there’s usually a reason behind it. The public, understandably, doesn’t get it,” she concluded.
